SportsMarkers Consent Form

1. Your Participation

Information you provide, including athletic history, performance data, media uploads, profile details, and related materials, may be used to evaluate your abilities and help match scholarship, recruitment, sponsorship, or athletic opportunities.

Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw by deleting your account or contacting SportsMarkers at support@sportsmarkers.com.

SportsMarkers processes your information according to the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and applicable data processing requirements.

2. Optional Sensitive Information

Any optional sensitive information is voluntary and is not required for participation. Choosing not to provide optional sensitive information will not prevent you from using SportsMarkers or being ranked.

Optional sensitive information is used only for the purpose indicated and is not shared without your authorization.

3. Confidentiality & Data Use

SportsMarkers uses your data and profile solely to support athlete visibility, ranking, portfolio presentation, recruitment, and related platform functionality.

SportsMarkers does not sell your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties.

Your profile and insights may be shared with schools, recruiters, clubs, scouts, teams, or organizations actively seeking athletic talent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Security & Compliance

SportsMarkers uses safeguards such as encryption, access controls, secure storage, and monitoring to help protect user information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting support@sportsmarkers.com.

5. Purpose Of Participation

SportsMarkers assessments and rankings are intended to evaluate athletic performance, skill, potential, visibility, and related profile information. They are not assessments of personality, intelligence, or personal worth.

Rankings and insights are informational. Final scholarship, roster, recruitment, or sponsorship decisions depend on coach evaluations, interviews, organizational needs, and external factors outside SportsMarkers control.

6. Consent Statement

By accepting this Consent Form, you voluntarily agree to provide the requested information, understand how SportsMarkers uses, stores, and shares information, confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and agree to data processing as described.
